Returns & Exchange Policy
Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you!
Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If you receive a print that is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge and without delay. Simply share an image of the damaged/faulty item and we can initiate the replacement.
We do not offer refunds on damaged prints, only replacements. We offer full refunds for damaged artwork. Damaged artwork must be returned to us, we will pay the cost of the return postage. Once received and examined we will refund the total cost of the original artwork.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.
Change Of Mind
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print or artwork for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print or artwork that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the piece will look in your space.
PRINTS: If you have a change of heart once your print arrives, simply return your print to us within 7 days of the date on which you received it. We will exchange or replace your print for another of your choice (to the same value). All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on the next steps.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All Original artworks are unable to be refunded for change of mind. In rare circumstances an exchange may be possible for an item of equal value, all you pay for is the return postage of the goods as well as delivery of the new item. Please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will advise you on the next steps.
The returned print or artwork needs to be in an 'as new' condition and complete with all original packaging. As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned. If a product is returned to us that is not in 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you in lieu of an exchange.
Our Change Of Mind returns policy is limited to one cycle of return and exchange per order. As such, prints or artworks purchased using store credit will not be eligible for exchange.
Prints or artworks created to custom requirements are excluded from our Change Of Mind returns policy. This includes prints cropped to a different size and/or prints with colour modifications as requested.
Cancellations And Changes
As we manufacture to order, unfortunately we're unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. Up and until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if required. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.
